Lavender honey
Origin
Our lavender honey has its origins in the sunny south of France. The lavender, which is flown to by the bees to make the honey, grows on beautiful, purple-colored lavender fields in Provence. In order for the bees to fly to the lavender, it must not be too dry, but also not too damp. The harvest is therefore heavily dependent on the weather and the honey is a real treasure.
Frombee lavender honey, with its delicate, sweet note, is one of the most valued types of honey.
